Aerospace Product Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Accreditation Manager/Aerospace Product Manager to join our team and work with a client specializing in the assessment and accreditation of UK organizations.

This is a full-time, hybrid/remote position, working from 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate all aspects of maintaining accreditation, auditing, and assessments within the aviation/aerospace field.
  2. Ensure the successful procurement and delivery of contracts within budget, on time, and in accordance with accreditation requirements, from start to finish.
  3. Develop the assessment approach, select, lead, and coordinate the assessment team(s), and compile and report each assessment.
  4. Manage a caseload of 5-10 customers at any one time, delivering exceptional customer care to complete projects within agreed timeframes.
Main Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in the aerospace/aviation sector, with a strong track record of working within a third-party certification/accreditation body, focusing on quality, assessment, and auditing.
  • Practical experience and a deep understanding of aerospace management systems in organizations, specifically AS9100, AS9110, and AS9120.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17021 and its implementation, as well as ISO 9001/14000/45000.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused with a passion for adding value.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Leadership and management experience, including project management within aerospace.
  • Relevant degree or postgraduate qualification (an advantage).
Package Details:
  • Competitive salary: circa £55,000 - £60,000 per annum.
