We are seeking a Survey Operations Director to join our Surveying team, responsible for leading multiple survey teams in various disciplines. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills and expertise in survey disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple survey teams.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and excellence.
  • Develop and share knowledge to improve team performance.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Survey Disciplines, including PAS128 (Utility Detection).
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts or away from base location.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding.
  • CAD practices and data management skills.

Qualifications:

  • GPR utility detection for onsite analysis.
  • Experience working on Railway projects.
  • PTS accreditation.
  • Level 3/4/5 QCF Certificate in Utility Mapping and Surveying.
  • CSCS and NRSWA accreditation.
