Key Player in Quality Management System

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) for a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Support Administrator to join our team.
The role provides administrative support to senior managers, including the Head of Quality and Compliance, Process Improvement & Feedback Manager, and Technical Manager in maintaining the UKAS management system.
This involves management system document control, ensuring up-to-date technical information on the UKAS website, arranging meetings, and booking travel and accommodation for senior managers.
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, and time management skills, as well as good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong communication skills, including a clear and accurate writing style, are essential for this position.
As a Quality Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the UKAS management system.
We offer a comprehensive training plan and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role.
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
