**About This Role:**

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at The Manor House Barnard Castle in County Durham.

As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents. You will oversee shifts, manage staff assignments, conduct medication procedures, conduct care assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a care leadership role, preferably in a residential care setting
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
