Job Overview

The Global Investigations and Counter-Diversion Lead will be responsible for implementing the global compliance hotline and investigations program, ensuring a prompt and appropriate response to alleged misconduct or product diversion.

  • The role requires effective communication with management and other stakeholders to provide timely updates while maintaining confidentiality and protecting against retaliation.
  • Investigations must be thorough, considering all relevant lines of enquiry, including root-cause analysis of any identified misconduct.
Key Responsibilities
  1. To lead operational activities to manage and reduce diversion-related risk, developing relationships with external stakeholders like law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
  2. To conduct online investigations, including on the darknet, in accordance with the Global investigations SOP.
Requirements
  • A minimum of experience working in a pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated industry.
  • Experience acting as main point of contact with internal and external legal advisors and auditors.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a flexible benefits package.
