Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team at Mundipharma. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the global (ex-US) compliance hotline and investigations program.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

  1. This role requires effective communication with management and other stakeholders to provide timely updates while maintaining confidentiality and protecting against retaliation.
  2. Investigations must be thorough, considering all relevant lines of enquiry, including root-cause analysis of any identified misconduct.
  3. We offer training to ensure investigations are carried out consistently and in accordance with the Global investigations SOP.
  4. Senior leaders will receive training to handle allegations and understand the investigation process.
  5. This role will lead operational activities to manage and reduce diversion-related risk, developing relationships with external stakeholders like law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated industry.
  • Experience acting as main point of contact with internal and external legal advisors and auditors.
  • A strong understanding of key compliance risks facing multi-national pharmaceutical companies.
  • Proficiency conducting online investigations, including on the darknet.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Law, Finance, Criminology, or related fields.
