Job Description

We are looking for an IT Governance Auditor to join our Cyber and Data Protection Team at Delt Shared Services Ltd. As an IT Governance Auditor, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT) provisions and IT security controls.

Key Accountabilities
  • Conducting comprehensive audits to assess compliance with DSPT and IT security requirements.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, recommending improvements to enhance security and compliance.
  • Staying current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
  • BUILDING strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Essential Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-5 years of experience conducting IT audits or completing DSPT submissions for an NHS Trust.
  • Familiarity with UK GDPR, Cyber Essentials, and NHS security and data protection standards.
  • A strong understanding of data security and protection principles and regulatory compliance.

The estimated salary for this role is £33,250 - £38,250 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
