Job Role:

This role involves managing customer accounts, administering lending facilities, and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Manage new and existing customer accounts, ensuring accurate records and timely task completion.
  • Lending Facility Administration: Coordinate with internal departments to complete documentary requirements for lending facilities.
  • Customer Service: Provide regular account reviews and ongoing support to customers.
  • Internal Liaison: Foster effective collaboration with internal departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Office Management: Oversee office operations and provide administrative support to the Branch Manager.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a market-leading pension contribution of 15% paid by the bank, private medical insurance, income protection, and life assurance.
