Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Fortem Cares. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a fast and efficient telephone-based service to our clients, aiming for high first-time resolution rates.

Key duties include:

  • Producing management statistics and reports for the Board Pack
  • Managing employee offers, changes, transfers, and leavers
  • Performing ad-hoc administration tasks as requested by the business or Team

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 25 days annual leave, bank holidays, and your birthday off, as well as discounted gym memberships and up to £3,000 colleague referral fee.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Able to understand the business and balance commercial needs with assessed risks
  • Sound experience in managing varied administration tasks
  • Ability to identify potential solutions to problems

Desirable Criteria

Preferred qualifications and experience include basic knowledge of employment law, previous experience working on a HR service desk, two years' experience in an HR function, and CIPD qualified or working towards.
