Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our care team as an Admin Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our care home.

About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phone calls and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Supporting management with administrative tasks
  • Engaging with residents and visitors

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily schedules, and coordinating administrative tasks. If you have excellent communication skills and are able to multitask efficiently, we would love to hear from you

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • The ability to multitask efficiently
  • Excellent computer skills
  • A confident and professional telephone manner

You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience working in a similar administrative role.
