We are seeking an exceptional Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team, working 40 hours per week over 37 weeks of the year.
This full-time position offers a salary of £23,886 on a full-time basis, or £19,493 pro-rata based on actual work hours. For those under 21, the pro-rata salary is £14,654.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
To excel in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
In addition to your administrative duties, you will also be required to provide customer service to our clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
