Job Title: Supervisor - Passive Fire ProtectionLocation: NationwideSalary: Competitive + Package

Our client, a leading passive fire protection specialist, is seeking a skilled Supervisor to join their team. With a strong presence across the country, this is an excellent opportunity to work with a forward-thinking construction business that prioritizes its people.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on Fire Door projects, with a proven track record of successful people management and service delivery. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for achieving pre-agreed KPI targets, monitoring and directing operatives and subcontractors, and building strong relationships with clients and their partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve all pre-agreed KPI targets through effective supervision of operatives.
  • Monitor, organize, and direct operatives and subcontractors to ensure productivity levels are met.
  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and their designated partners.
  • Ensure all operatives work in accordance with company policy and procedures.
  • Conduct pre and post-inspections to raise accurate work records.
  • Verify the quality of works carried out.
  • Ensure operatives comply with all Health and Safety procedures.
  • Manage and monitor all work in progress to ensure timely completion.
