About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team at a leading passive fire protection specialist. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and delivering passive fire projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve all pre-agreed KPI targets through effective supervision of operatives.
- Monitor, organize, and direct operatives and subcontractors to ensure productivity levels are met.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and their designated partners.
- Ensure all operatives work in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Carry out pre and post-inspections to raise accurate works.
- Check the quality of works carried out.
- Ensure operatives comply with all Health and Safety procedures.
- Manage and monitor work in progress to ensure effective service delivery.
- Address poor performance promptly.
- Report any accidents to the Health and Safety Manager immediately.
- Conduct regular communication meetings with operatives and subcontractors.

- SSSTS
- Asbestos Awareness
- FIRAS / FDIS / NVQ Qualification
- Proven track record in leading and delivering passive fire projects
- IT Literate with good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Ability to understand client/contract requirements to maximize productivity and measure improvement
- Excellent written and oral presentation
- Good understanding of H&S legislation
- Experience of managing and improving internal and external customer relationships and conflict handling
