The appointee will have previous experience of working within a matrix structure and be accountable for setting, implementing and coordinating HR objectives, policies and practices across the UK & I to support business objectives. With a strong understanding of local employment and data protection matters, the right individual will deliver exemplary services to underpin company success and growth.
Reporting to the European VP HR, this influential leader will enjoy contributing to the overall long-term development of the organisation and the wider Group. As part of the International Markets team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and initiatives that align with the company's goals.
A key aspect of this role will be the management of compensation and benefit programmes, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for communicating business plans at all levels and promoting employee wellbeing and engagement.
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on and entrepreneurial leader who can drive change and improvement within the organisation. If you have a passion for HR and a desire to make a real impact, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £100,000 plus benefits, depending on experience. The minimum education required is [insert minimum education].
