About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our Blood Transfusion pathway, providing direct care delivery to patients in their own homes. Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality patient care in the community setting
  • Working in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and carers
  • Participating in training and education programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current NMC registration
  • BSc or equivalent level of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of current issues in the NHS and infection prevention and control
