About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Inventory Optimization Lead to drive excellence in inventory management for Amazon sellers. This role will involve using data analysis and relationship building skills to improve inventory health and capacity management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning programs, processes, and systems that enhance inventory optimization and capacity planning.
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to identify opportunities and trends that impact inventory health.
  • Collaborating with product and marketing teams to drive adoption of seller tools and promote operational excellence.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL, with experience in data analysis and metrics-driven decision making.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in communicating results to senior leadership.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and process improvements.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools, such as data warehouse tables, and ability to leverage data insights to inform business decisions.
About You

You have a strong background in data analysis, program management, and stakeholder engagement. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You are a strategic thinker, able to develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives.
