About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as the Head of Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our internal and external sales teams, implementing innovative sales strategies, and building lasting relationships with key customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the UK
  • Recruiting, managing, and developing sales teams
  • Fostering a positive team culture and motivating team members to achieve their best
  • Ensuring outstanding customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams, ideally in the plumbing, heating, or distribution sectors
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective leadership and team management skills
  • Strategic planning skills to implement growth-orientated sales strategies
