Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on all facility systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building upkeep.

Respond to urgent maintenance requests and carry out timely repairs to support daily operations.

Keep detailed records of maintenance tasks, inspections, and safety checks.

Compliance testing and inspecting, emergency lights, PAT testing, water pumps, harness inspections,

Contractor escort and oversee works sign in/out.

Small handyman jobs, guttering, hang TV's, fix repair office chairs, tables, sockets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

PAT testing experience.

IPAF and harness trained (preferable).

Forklift license (preferable).
