We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective maintenance and repair services to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance and repair services to facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failures.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UK driving license.
