We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Care Professional to join our team at Roxburgh Dental Practice.
Your Role
As a Dental Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support in our practice. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing chairside support to our clinicians, ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care.
- Creating a welcoming environment for patients, setting them at ease from the outset.
- Maximising the use of our internal system to maintain accurate patient records.
- Ensuring the surgery is set up appropriately for each session, maximising efficiency and practice utilisation.
- Anticipating the requirements of our clinicians and patients, ensuring necessary lab work and equipment are in place.
- Monitoring surgery stocks to maintain optimal levels.
- Undertaking reception duties, including answering the telephone, making appointments, and collecting patient charges.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Is GDC registered.
- Has experience working in private or NHS practices.
- Is willing to demonstrate the highest levels of patient care.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Is enthusiastic and eager to learn and develop new skills.
