Responsibilities include:

  • Creating a welcoming environment for patients, setting them at ease from the outset
  • Maximising the use of our internal system to ensure accurate patient records are maintained
  • Ensuring the surgery is set up appropriately for each session to maximise efficiency
  • Anticipating clinician and patient requirements, ensuring necessary lab work and equipment are in place
  • Monitoring surgery stocks to maintain optimal levels
  • Undertaking reception duties, including answering the telephone and making appointments

About You

  • GDC registration is essential
  • Experience in Private or NHS practices is preferred
  • Commitment to delivering the highest levels of patient care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
