Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Nurse to join our team at Roxburgh Dental Practice. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care while adhering to all clinical and health & safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing chair-side support in all day-to-day activities within the practice and surgeries
  • Creating a welcoming environment for patients that sets them at ease from the outset
  • Maximising the use of our internal system to ensure accurate patient records are maintained
  • Ensuring the surgery is set up appropriately for each session throughout the day to maximise efficiency
  • Anticipating the requirements of the clinician and patient in advance of their session
  • Monitoring surgery stocks to ensure appropriate levels are maintained
  • Undertaking reception duties when required, including answering the telephone and making appointments

About You

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Is GDC registered
  • Has experience working in Private/NHS practices (preferred)
  • Is willing to demonstrate the highest levels of patient care
  • Can work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Is enthusiastic and eager to learn and develop new skills
