Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Collateral Services Project Manager to enable the growth of our business in EMEA. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of project execution, from initial planning and analysis to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

About the Role

The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered in time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and clients.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Ensuring projects meet all regulatory requirements and internal standards, coordinating with legal and compliance teams as needed.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between the bank, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships with senior executives and clients.
  • Understanding of or experience working in Collateral Services.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
