We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Aspiring Children's Counsellor. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children with a range of SEN, including ASD, Speech & Language, and SEMH, on a small group and 1:1 basis.
  • Work collaboratively with an outstanding SEN team to provide high-quality support and care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized support plans to meet the needs of each child.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Graduate with a 1:1 or 2:1 Psychology Degree from a leading UK University.
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
