HR Business Development Manager

Futures is committed to delivering exceptional education services, and we are seeking an HR Business Partner to help us achieve this goal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving effective people management practices across the Trust.
The salary for this position is approximately £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting our staff and students.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- CIPD Qualification: A CIPD qualification (Level 5 or equivalent) or willingness to work towards it.
- Employment Law Expertise: A strong understanding of employment law, including TUPE and the Equality Act 2010.
- HR Experience: Proven experience in a similar HR management role, including employee relations, change management, and team leadership.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
