Job Role: Sales and Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Growth Specialist to join our team at The Fuel Store Ltd. As a Sales and Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through outbound cold sales calls and early account management.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, prospecting, and cold-calling potential clients to promote our products and services.
  • Engaging in persuasive communication to build meaningful connections with potential clients.
  • Pipeline and forecasting to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Nurturing and managing acquired accounts during the early life management cycle.
  • Cultivating long-term relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a Sales role, preferably in the Oil/Gas/Energy or Fuel industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work to a high volume and manage their own diary effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting outbound sales activity to potential customers.
  • Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions based on our product portfolio.
  • Upselling our product portfolio to maximise sales on new customers where applicable.
  • Manage acquired accounts for a 13-week cycle.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to maintain client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a Sales role.
  • Ability to work to a high volume and manage own diary effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
  • Familiarity with the Oil/Gas/Energy or Fuel industries.
