Sales Growth Professional

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at The Fuel Store Ltd. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through outbound cold sales calls and early account management.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers and identifying customer needs in order to provide appropriate solutions based on our product portfolio
- Upselling our product portfolio to maximise sales on our new customers where applicable
- Manage acquired accounts during the early life management cycle
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain client satisfaction
- Generating new business leads by promoting The Fuel Store as a brand and understanding our offering
- Understand client needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions
- Cultivate consultative long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential customers
- Utilizing our CRM systems to record and track customer interactions
- Achieving and exceeding KPIs in correlation with business needs
- Maintaining a high standard within your calls, focusing on passing compliance and quality checks on a monthly basis
- At least 3 years experience in a Sales role (Telesales, Recruitment, Business Development, etc.)
- Ability to work to a high volume and manage your own diary effectively
- The ability to learn quickly and take in complex information
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
- Familiarity with the Oil/Gas/Energy or Fuel industries
- Strong motivation to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ambitions to earn a lot of money
- Great aptitude for overcoming challenges by having a naturally inquisitive mind
- Ability to challenge the status quo; actively seeking to understand HOW something works, not just WHY
- Resilience and ability to focus on the detail but not forget the bigger picture
- Ability to work hard as an individual but also bring value to the wider team
- Excellent communicator and act as an ambassador for all stakeholders
- Ability to be logical when making decisions
