About the Role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at The Fuel Store Ltd. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through outbound cold sales calls and early account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting outbound calls to potential customers and identifying customer needs in order to provide appropriate solutions based on our product portfolio
  • Upselling our product portfolio to maximise sales on our new customers where applicable
  • Manage acquired accounts during the early life management cycle
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain client satisfaction
  • Generating new business leads by promoting The Fuel Store as a brand and understanding our offering
  • Understand client needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions
  • Cultivate consultative long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential customers
  • Utilizing our CRM systems to record and track customer interactions
  • Achieving and exceeding KPIs in correlation with business needs
  • Maintaining a high standard within your calls, focusing on passing compliance and quality checks on a monthly basis
Requirements
  • At least 3 years experience in a Sales role (Telesales, Recruitment, Business Development, etc.)
  • Ability to work to a high volume and manage your own diary effectively
  • The ability to learn quickly and take in complex information
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
  • Familiarity with the Oil/Gas/Energy or Fuel industries
