About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Costain Group PLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective risk management processes across various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Risk Management Processes: Design and implement robust risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with our projects.
  2. Conduct Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate or capitalize on them.
  3. Collaborate with Project Teams: Work closely with project teams to ensure that risk management processes are integrated into project plans and that risks are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Monitor and Report on Risk: Continuously monitor and report on risk exposure, and provide recommendations to senior management on risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 4 Years of Risk Management Experience: Proven experience in risk management, with a strong understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  2. Project Risk Management: Experience in managing risks associated with projects, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks.
  3. Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate risk-related information to stakeholders.
  4. Champions Sustainability, Safety, Health, and Environment: A strong commitment to sustainability, safety, health, and environmental practices, with a focus on creating a safe and healthy work environment.
