You'll be responsible for:

Managing others including delegating, coordinating, appraising, coaching, & developing/mentoring employees with less experience.Persuading & influencing clients, consultants, suppliers & colleagues.Working with others to create & deliver persuasive presentations.Tackling problems that do not have an obvious solution.Representing Mace in a professional manner at all times.

You'll need to have:

Technical professional with project risk management experience.General understanding of all aspects of project controls, how they complement each other & wider project deliveryAwareness of Mace way (control centre) processes & recommended tools.Working knowledge of current methodologies & tools related to managing projects (e.g. MS Excel, Risk Hive, PRA, ARM, Primavera P6);Able to lead negotiations with third parties as project controls/risk management specialist.Able to respond to client/stakeholder requests effectively & sensitively.Excellent attention to detail & able to validate & check risk management inputs, recording & reports produced, providing basic commentary & analysis.Ability to design & develop risk management reports in core risk management tools to an intermediate level.

You'll also have:

Exposure to project risk management methodologies & delivery.Successful interaction with a range of key stakeholders, including client & wider team.In addition to mandatory training courses:Progressing towards professional qualification (e.g. APM, MSP. PPC etc)Relevant CSCS Card
