We are excited to present an opportunity for a Risk Manager to become a vital part of our Major Projects team at BAM Nuttall. This role is situated within a dynamic environment focused on heavy civil engineering projects, particularly in high-security settings.

As a Risk Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Implementing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in alignment with the Joint Venture's governance and objectives, following ISO 31000:2009 standards to identify, analyze, evaluate, and mitigate risks and opportunities.
- Facilitating workshops aimed at risk and opportunity identification, as well as lessons learned.
- Conducting daily risk management tasks, including risk identification, prioritization, register management, action planning, and monitoring.
- Generating regular risk reports detailing risk expenditures, affected risks, and changes in risk exposure.
- Leveraging knowledge and experience from various sectors to ensure comprehensive identification and management of significant risks and opportunities.
- Proven experience across diverse sectors, including public, private, and third sectors.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Risk Management software tools.
- Experience managing risk throughout the project lifecycle, including support for investment decisions and implementation phases.
- Understanding of contractual agreements and the interplay between risk management and other management functions such as project management, change control, and cost management.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing risk management plans.
