We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Community Care Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering personalized care and support to our clients;
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management;
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to our clients;

Salary: £13,500 - £20,800 per annum, based on a 37-hour week.

Requirements: GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths, experience working in care or a related field, and a commitment to ongoing training and development.
