At I C Talent Ltd, we are currently seeking experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to join our team in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Specific Learning Disability (SLD), and medical needs in a fantastic school located in Kings Lynn.

The ideal candidate will have a child-centered approach, be conscientious, and possess experience working with SEN students. They will work under the guidance of the classroom teacher, assisting with lesson planning, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs, and providing one-to-one support as required.

We offer competitive rates of pay and the opportunity to find placements in various schools across the area. The successful candidate will have:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with at least six months' experience in UK Schools
  • A child-centered approach
  • Conscientious attitude
  • Experience with SEN students
  • Consistent approach to challenging behavior
