**Job Summary**

Wood is seeking a highly skilled Senior Piping Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality piping designs that meet our clients' needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and develop piping systems for onshore oil & gas and petrochemical projects using 2D Microstation and 3D S3D software.
  • Ensure that designs comply with relevant industry standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential design risks.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to junior designers and engineers.
  • Develop and maintain piping design standards and procedures.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on design improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, standards, and legislative requirements.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in piping design with a strong technical background.
  • Proficiency in 2D Microstation and 3D S3D software.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • ONC or equivalent in an engineering subject.
  • HNC or equivalent in an engineering subject.
  • Experience working with remote execution centers.
