School Overview:

We are a well-established Special Day School located in Meldreth, Cambridgeshire, dedicated to providing an individualised and specialist approach for students aged 6 to 19 with complex needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering a high-quality education that meets the diverse needs of students, utilising their knowledge and experience of SEN learning.

Job Summary:

  • Teach and support students with complex needs
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide a comprehensive support system
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the school's SEN provision

Requirements:

  • PGCE, QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Working knowledge of the Teacher Standards and expectations
  • Knowledge and personal experience of SEN learning particularly sensory lead curriculums
