Role Overview:

The Senior Care Services Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live fulfilling lives, while promoting a culture of kindness and compassion within our care homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate care teams to deliver exceptional care and services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and community partners

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in care services leadership or management role
  • Strong understanding of care standards, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Salary and Benefits:

  • $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
