Senior Care Assistant Leader

Join our team as a Senior Care Assistant Leader and take the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. With a focus on personalised care, you will work closely with residents and their families to create tailored care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences.
You will lead a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance, support, and encouragement to ensure they are able to deliver high-quality care. Your leadership skills will be essential in maintaining a positive and inclusive team culture.
In addition to delivering physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, you will also be responsible for administering medication and maintaining accurate records.
Safeguarding responsibility requires you to be vigilant and proactive in recognising signs of potential abuse, harm, or neglect, and knowing how to respond accordingly.
