About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our carers are trained to the highest standard. This includes supporting the branch team with auditing and compliance, conducting regular spot checks and supervisions with care assistants, and attending meetings with customers to review care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Auditing and Compliance: Ensure all necessary checks are in place and up-to-date, including risk assessments.
  • Care Assistant Supervision: Regularly supervise and assess the skills and knowledge of care assistants.
  • Customer Meetings: Meet with customers to discuss and review their care plans, addressing any concerns or changes as needed.
  • Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and take corrective action.
  • On-Call Roster: Participate in an on-call roster to provide cover for unplanned absences and ensure continuity of service.
