Project Administrator Role

A leading organization in the industry is seeking two Project Administrators to join their expanding team. This full-time position offers the option of hybrid work after a probationary period.
The Role
As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining supplier and subcontractor records while supporting operational teams. You will also handle incoming calls and queries, assist with booking, purchasing, and site delivery, and liaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
The Person
To succeed as a Project Administrator, you will need experience in similar administrative activities or environments and excellent Microsoft Office skills. You must be a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines on time. Previous contract support experience is desirable but not essential, with training and support available.
The Package
This role offers a salary up to £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition, there are other benefits, including a good pension scheme, a true commitment to your development, and career progression opportunities.
