Administrative Coordinator for Contracts

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team in Elland. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of our business, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and suppliers.
Key Tasks:
- Purchase and manage stock, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment
- Coordinate site deliveries, schedule appointments, and monitor stock movements
- Process new customer information and minor PQQs, maintaining up-to-date records and relevant documentation
- Prepare and dispatch customer invoices, as well as manage supplier records for compliance and payment approvals
- Track equipment records, maintain customer satisfaction ratings, and address any customer complaints promptly
- Organize job files, archive documents, and prepare necessary documentation for handovers and certifications
- Support contract coordinators with routine tasks and provide initial support to the sales team
- Reconcile credit card statements, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues efficiently
