Administrative Services Coordinator

Job Summary:

This role involves managing Rental and Repair & Maintenance contracts for Special Vehicles, ensuring efficient customer service and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting senior staff members in contract management.
  • Managing customer accounts as per contracts, including obtaining purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Maintaining accurate contract records, including creation, signatures, and updates.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven rental experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Problem-solving ability and adaptability to changing environments.
