Senior Business Development Executive

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for executing the Business Unit strategy and growing profitable market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy
- Negotiate key tenders and large deals with complete knowledge of all job functions and broad industry best practices
- Optimise results by driving sales out of agreed vendor portfolio
- Demonstrate a solid customer engagement strategy
- Apply TD SYNNEX resources to assist customers in meeting their strategic objectives
- Take solution and service offerings to market
- Own quarterly vendor business planning and execution
- Drive overall vendor management
- Create customer unique selling propositions
- Enable and help the sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share
- Relate to vendors and stakeholders to ensure TD SYNNEX is seen as the "Trusted Advisor"
- Use CRM tools to ensure best in class business continuity
Requirements:
- Influence and persuasion
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Skilled multi-level relationship builder
- Strong orientation towards and experience in services and solution selling
- Strategic planning and business case development
- Experience of working within a matrix structure
- Proven ability to self-manage in an external environment
- Business planning experience with strong operational cadence
