Job Title: Childcare Team Leader

Poppies Childcare Agency is seeking a skilled and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join their team in the Hadden Hill area of Didcot, Oxfordshire. As a key member of the nursery management team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to staff members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare services.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of early years education and child development principles. You should be confident in your ability to manage staff, cover for the nursery manager when needed, and contribute to the overall success of the nursery.

A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this exciting opportunity. Additional benefits include annual pay reviews, staff socials and events, and opportunities for professional development.
