We are seeking a Sales Team Leader to join our team in Didcot.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Team Development: Develop and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail or a related industry.
  • Customer Focus: Strong ability to understand and meet customer needs, delivering exceptional service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective changes.
