Carbon60 is a world-wide Facilities Management Company seeking to recruit a number of Facilities Administrative staff to join our team in Salisbury. We are looking for an experienced Asset Administrator to assist the admin and technical teams on site.

The successful candidate will support the Asset Manager with administrative tasks, have a good understanding of building assets (boilers, HVAC units, electrical systems), ensure training matrices are updated regularly, and support with workplace inspections and waste data analysis.

A salary of up to £31,500 per annum, plus excellent company benefits, including discounts, is offered for this permanent contract role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Asset Manager with administrative tasks following their findings
  • Ensuring training matrices for soft and operational skills are updated regularly
  • Supporting the administration of workplace inspections
  • Analyzing waste data and producing statistics
  • Supporting the technical team with timesheet data entry

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be IT literate with strong experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
