Job Summary
Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, and ensure each resident receives one-on-one time. If you have a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care, we want to hear from you

Duties and Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your duties will include:
  1. Supporting residents with their daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  2. FOLLOWING CARE PLANS: Ensuring that each resident's individual care plan is implemented and reviewed regularly.
  3. Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents.
  4. Assisting with meal times, including serving food and drinks.
  5. Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents.
