About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Northern Healthcare. As a key member of our support network, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with mental health needs to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to residents, promoting independence and confidence in daily living tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement tailored support plans, ensuring the unique needs of each individual are met.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, encouraging residents to take risks and engage in activities that promote mental health recovery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, supporting the growth and success of our residents.
