We are seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our small learning disability service in Gloucester. The successful candidate will manage a team of care staff, ensuring high standards of care and support are maintained in line with individual needs and preferences.

The Registered Manager will be responsible for maintaining compliance with CQC regulations, overseeing the development and implementation of person-centred care plans, and leading on staff recruitment, training, and development. A competitive salary of £32,000 per annum is offered, along with flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.

  1. Manage and lead a small, supportive team of care staff.
  2. Ensure high standards of care and support in line with individual needs and preferences.
  3. Maintain compliance with CQC standards and regulations.

A minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification is required, along with previous experience as a Registered Manager or in a senior leadership role within a care setting.
