About the Job
TLTP Education is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in Richmond. As a member of our team, you will work with students with autism spectrum disorder, providing evidence-based interventions to support their communication needs. You will have the opportunity to work with students of varying ages and abilities, from 7-19 years old, in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Job Summary
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder and evidence-based approaches to supporting communication. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to the changing needs of students and staff.

Responsibilities and Requirements
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering speech and language therapy sessions to students with autism spectrum disorder, developing and implementing individualized plans, and working collaboratively with teaching staff. They will need to have a strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder, evidence-based approaches to supporting communication, and be able to adapt to the changing needs of students and staff. The estimated salary for this role is £130-£190 per day, depending on experience.
