Job Description:
A reputable Solicitors firm requires an organized and efficient Conveyancing Assistant to support their busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, allowing the team to focus on delivering exceptional services to clients.
- Correspondence preparation using a case management system
- Effective communication with clients over the phone and in person
- Maintenance of filing systems, ensuring client files are stored and retrieved correctly
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new business introducers
- Guiding clients through the initial stages of their move
- Completing associated administrative tasks
Essential Skills:
- Previous administration experience within residential conveyancing is desirable
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
