We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Bioinformatician to join our team at Synnovis. In this role, you will support the clinical diagnostics services of Guy's and King's College Hospitals, and will have the opportunity to develop and troubleshoot somatic and germline pipelines, as well as manage large datasets for reporting.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £70,000 per year, and requires strong programming and troubleshooting skills, as well as knowledge and experience of working with NGS pipelines and large datasets.

You will work closely with other clinical scientists to support the development, validation, and implementation of new/updated diagnostic tests, and will have the opportunity to develop and deliver validated and accredited software for delivery of diagnostic services following clinical best practice guidelines.
